Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exemptions/Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or issues with a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Withdrawal Period in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, regardless of the above, without needing to provide any specific reasons. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the return and reflect it on your account.
