Do you ship worldwide?

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process all orders as efficiently as possible you should request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All request after this time will be denied. However, your order can be returned for a full refund after you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all established payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal

When will order be processed?

We handle all orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days from the day of the order and then shipped the next day. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

How long will it take for me to receive my order

With the usual amount of requests, we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.

In case of a large number of requests, deliveries may take up to 2-4 weeks.

What happens if I don't receive my delivery?

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of it being dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund

How do I return an item?

What happens if my goods are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us immediately after you have received the delivery. Include your order number, photo of the damage and other information regarding your delivery. We will do our best to handle your case

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are paid out through your original payment method. If you paid with a debit card, it may take 7-10 working days before you see the refund. Please contact the respective card issuer for questions about incoming payments
